RI bond question seeks support of coastal improvement projects

Question 5 on Rhode Island's ballot, if approved, would split the bond money between eight separate projects statewide. Focuses of those projects include addressing flooding and coastal erosion, improving state beaches and parks, water infrastructure improvements and repairing recreational facilities.
